There is a bar in Pittsburgh, on Carson Street (South Side area) called Casey's Draft House that also has a midget that struts the bar and pours drinks!

How crazy is it that the aussie's are all up in arms, and in Pittsburgh it's bar midgets as usual. He spends the night in a dog house like thing at the end of the bar. He just strolls out from time to time, does his thing, and then it's back in the house. One time I walked into this place to the site of the bouncer, pinning the midget to the floor as the little guy struggled, pulling his pants down, and then he started spanking his ass. I decided that the bouncer was busy and handed my license to the officer that was also guarding the door. The other time the midget was dressed as Elvis. Fun times in Da'Burgh.
